Hi sirs,

This is Raghu and im pursuing my CA final. I have given my 1st group this may, everything was fine except mafa paper which was very unusual and very complicated. And i have come to know that the ICAI has set that paper intentionally and looking for the students to convert into new syllabus. moreover the coming attempt is the last one in the old syllabus and inst also made it clear in the notification last time that no more extensions will be granted under the old scheme.

So im in a great dilemma whether to continue writing in the old one or to convert into the new scheme. my view is that if i write in the old sy and the inst repeats the same kind of attitude it will be of a great loss to many students like me.

sir i have made my question confirmed by comparing both the old and new scheme qn papers...

Please provide me with a solution and confirm me if my view about the inst is corrrect.

i have passed pe1 in may 2005. since then i am not able to clear my pe2 exams.may 2010 is last attempt for pe2. if i not clear the exam this time also, what i should do.

Kindly suggest me the best university that offers course (diploma/customs) on Customs law, Export - Import law and FEMA which i can learn after B.com to support my practice in area(export-import and Foreign exchange)

I am a pcc syudent and i havecleared my b.com from the M S Uni. with 61.25% and i want to join the M.Com cource and please guide me that which colledge is nice for the M.com and my articleship is going on at baroda.

In a company there is a Term loan and Working Capital Loan are secured against the all stocks of the company which are hyphothecated,the term loan and working capital loans are settled with bank on one time settlement basis then bank and roc also released such assets whuch are hypothecated with bank now my query is whether this fact should be clearly disclosed in notes on accounts or this should be written as the loans are settled on one time settlement basis.

i registered for ipcc group 1 only in December.so i am eligible to appear in nov exams this year.
now if i register for ipcc 2 group.WILL I HAVE TO AGAIN WAIT FOR 9 MONTHS BEFORE I CAN GIVE THE EXAMS FOR SECOND GROUP?

hi... i have applied for dec2010 cpt exam i am a bbm grad. but interested to do CA i have already took the coaching couldnt attend cpt exam on june2010.. is there a necessity of joining the coaching class again.. should i go for article ship or prepare at home??(i am not very good at math)
please help...
