I m living in jaipur n have CA Final exam in Nov.,2010 but here "Munish Bhandari" book of Co. law and allied laws are not available even not previous edition.
From 1 month I heard that book coming n comming but not yet come & old books are also return to the publisher.
Book published in Delhi.

Myself and my friends are students of Final CA old syllabus and being the nov 2010 is the last attempt, i would like to know what is the requirement to get into new syllabus.
Will it be automatically get converted or we should undergo some other computer course etc.

my exam is due on Nov 10 but my leaves are around 10 months and articleship is to complete on 30.9.2010. in this case i will not complete training of 42 months. So am i eligible to appear in Nov 2010 or will it get postponed? or my training get extended? and should i complete my extended period from same principal?

Q 1) When is the partnership considered to commence?

b.) Jan 10

c.) Jan 15



Q 2) Suppose the deed specifies that the partnership comes into effect from Jan 1, 2010. Then will you answer to Q 1 be different?

I have enrolled in CS executive program and my exams are due in December 2010. I was a science student and later enrolled in V year law course. I am clueless as to how to go about my accounts paper. I got an exemption from foundation course. I would be really grateful if you can throw some light as to how i can manage to crack this paper.
