what is a procedure for industrial training? what formalities are required for industrial training?

You can do industrial training for minimum 9 months and maximum 12 months (Last 9 to 12 months of articleship period). You required to file Form NO. 109 for termination of articleship from old employer and Form No. 104 for registration of industrial training. 3 months advance notice is required to give to old employer for persuing industrial training. Please note that you should obtaing letter from your old employer that he allows you to do industrial training and attach it with form 109 otherwise termination from old employer will be rejected as transfer is not allowed now.
