for chartered accountant what was the use of cs degree?

I am a student of PCC and I have taken two attempts but unfortunately I was not able to pass in these exam. I am also doing my articleship from a CA firm . Now I want to convert from PCC to IPCC and terminate my articleship till completion of IPCC . So I want to know whether it is possible or not and if it is possible what is the procedure to do that.

I passes Group 1 this November and yet to write group 2 in May. Now my question is is it better to write off group 2 in May and then join for articleship or should i join immediately?

N is it better to do articleship in one of the Big-4 or a small firm?? Will doing an articleship in a small firm affect me in the future when I go for campus recruitment?

i have just(nov'10) cleared my ipcc exams(both groups) so i have my few questions

1. my articleship duration
2. when my exam is due
3. can i appear in final exam before articleship completion
4. when should i register for final (last date so that i appear earliest)

I want to make online exam application for CA final please get me the list of banks' debit cards which can be used for the said purpose?
Actually my concerned chapter said that the list is there in ICAI site but i couldn't find it. PLEASE HELP ME.
