I am in CA final and in this april i will be giving exam for Mcom part 1.now i also want to register for CS course. Can i do so? I have already submitted form 112 for persuing mcom course.....

Pls tell me that whether ICAI gives any certificate for qualifying IPCC Both Gr.
OR only Statements of Marks is given to student.
If yes then what is the Procedure to get that certificate or automaticaly it is send by ICAI within a Standard time.

recently i have taken termination frm my audit firm under the medical grounds & i forwaded all the neccesssary documents to institute fr acceptance & got the reply frm institute tat my termination has been accepted.so as per new rules, 1 of my friend told tat i cant join in another firm which is located within 50 kms.my i able to join in another audit firm which is located within 50 kms or not ?????

One of my friend wants to claim exemption For "Company Law" paper of CS Executive Programme. She has secured 61 in C.L and in the other two papers 34 & 32 respectively. According to the CS prospectus one needs to apply for such exemption. But no furether details is available there.

I would like to know.

1. The Format of Application

2. Apply to whom?

3. Any documents are to be attached or not. If yes then the details thereof.

4. The printout of the online version of result will do or not.
