We have ABC Pvt. Ltd and having its another Group company XYZ pvt. Ltd. Director and shareholder and promoters in both company are same. XYZ pvt. Ltd currently enjoying the fund from O/D limit.

Now ABC Pvt. Ltd required the fund so my question is that can XYZ pvt Ltd. can advance loan to its group company ABC Pvt. Ltd. if no then how we can transfer the loan and if yes then please state the procedure as per co. act. 2013.

Sir, i am an ca ipcc who have completed my article ship, i have passed my ca ipcc in 6 th attempt due to lack of concentration now i have realised from my past experiences and now i want recover the time and career wasted by me. so, i want to secure a rank in ca -final. can i secure a rank with out coaching. plz suggested me the self study books ca final. and i want to give attempt in may 2017 / nov 2017. and plz help which fields i have to improve for getting an employement in reputed firms/body corporates

I have registered for my articleship on 20/04/2015 my final attempt should be on Nov 2017 now on 16/04/2016 l have terminated my articleship, during this tenure I have taken 60 days leave. If I rejoin in another firm on 14/05/2016 so there will be a break in my articleship from 17/04/2016 to13/05/2016 that is 27 days will I be eligible to write my CA final exam in Nov 2017.

During the transfer of articles, do I need to submit Form 102 and 103 when I join some other firm and do I need to frank any of the two?

Till now i am not started ipcc study due to my bcom exaM.My attempt is november 2016.shoul i give both group or first group

need to confirm whether revalidation of previous registration in 2012 is different from fresh registration, in the sense that will my present may2016 attempt scores be cancelled in any way? and which requisite form to be filled for revalidation? also, i was in college in 2012 when id first registered for IPC. now iv completed graduation. so will this in any way affect my revalidation process?
