14 May 2016 experts, I am ca final students.my articleship completion due date was 1 October 2015..but my principal was extended my training of six months..now I want to fill form 108..then whether is it beneficial for me to fill the completion date as on today or on back date I.e.,Oct 2015

14 May 2016 in form 108 your principal signature is necessary so the date on which your principal sign the 108 form is your completion date.

14 May 2016 thank u sir..but is there any provision that we can't fill form on back date more than six months

14 May 2016 n if my principal sign form as on today then it will be shown in certificate that my training has been extended..is this will make an impact on my service certificate

15 May 2016 It does not make any impact. Its is advisable to keep extention off paper with mutual agreement to avoid procedure. It all depends on your relation with principal. Kindly talk to him.
