Im C.s Executive student appearing in june 2011. can any one send me notes on service tax. coz ltl bit im still confused of the amendment made on interest which was 13% and now it raise by 18% should i follow it or not. And second thing is that i gone through the information provided by institute of company secreatary bulletin should i refer tht much changes into my june 2011 exam pls. guide me.

myself sumant , m 24 years old, cleared PE2 in nov2007. final's 1st attempt was due in may2010. i am attempting in each attemt after becoming eligible bt without any study. i haven't even read all topics of syllabus nt even 50%.

i just completed my articleship, my articleship was nt that serious or that i didnt took it seriously.

my parents & som senior frnds telling me to do job & study , otherwise studing again for nxt 5 months will be difficult.

i am nt getting wht 2 do nw...currently my family doesn't need financial support.

shud i do job & study together?
my past experience is that i failed 2 study when i was doing articleship, & when i was at hm on study leave.

I have been enrolled in may 2010. I am having General Laws paper Exemption by way of LL.B. I can get another paper Company Cost Accounts paper Module - I paper2 in March 2012 by way of MBA (Finance). My query is that How many marks to be obtained for pass in "Tax Law" Paper in December 2011.

How should I claim exemption on Paper 2 Cost accounts paper.

i have registered myself clearing after clearing cpt of dec 2010. as i go college and continue ipcc i prefer to take some time. i prefer to write in may 2012. is it permissible? is it compulsory that i write in nov 2011 atleast a group? if i write in may 2012 will my marks considered for rank?

My Articleship(PCC) period was completed by 25.04.2011, hence I have to fill the Form 108. So can you please give me the procedure for the compliance in brief.

Another one is There is field asking the No of Leave Days taken and No of weeks consumed for the each area.... Howmany Days should I mention there.

I have written CA final II Group Exam. In indirect Taxes I have written correct decision without giving from which case law. Will I get marks for it.Also I have not written section numbers for the answers. Will I lose marks regarding that.
