17 May 2011 I have written CA final II Group Exam. In indirect Taxes I have written correct decision without giving from which case law. Will I get marks for it.Also I have not written section numbers for the answers. Will I lose marks regarding that.

From 5 Marks, 1 mark is for how you interpret the facts of the question. 3 Marks is for how you apply Principles of Law to the given facts & arrive at a decision. Other 1 Mark would be for mentioning the Case Name, section number etc.
