Plz tell me who all are covered in the definition of related parties under sec. 40A(2)(b) of Income Tax Act , 1961.
In my case, entity is run by HUF....plz tell me who all are related to this HUF ? plz answer in yes/No in regard to following parties-
1. Firm in which member of HUF is partner ?
2. Firm in which partner of one of the HUF member is a partner ?
3. person who is a partner in another firm with one of the HUF member ?
