Is INFLATION ACCOUNTING part of CA FINAL syllabus for nov 2011 exam? i remember that there was a notification few months back that it has been removed.., kindly help!!!!!

I am CA finalist student(feel very shy to say still i m student and not a qualified CA) having my 8th attempt CA final in Nov,2011. Although i am a average student who have cleared my CA PE-1 in first attempt & PE-II in 3rd attempt but not yet succeed to get positive result in CA Final.Please suggest me the way/guidance to pass CA Final exam.........................

please help me in this matter, I have given both modules in June 2011 of cs-executive .

Due to some problem i haven't given exam of tax law. But i have passed second module with 60% marks. My question is that if i clear the ist module in december 2011 Then shall i be eligible for giving professional exam in june 2012? Please reply if anybody knows.

This is Pavan kumar pursuing Company Secretary Executive programme. Recently (June 2011) i completed Module-I. I am appearing Module-II in December 2011.I took oral coaching Module-I at Hyderabad Chapter office. I am not taking coaching in Module-II. So, it is need to submit the response sheets for appearing December 2011 exams. Already last date is completed. I don't the last date. What can i do. Please give me suggestion. I am fear about this matter. Friends suggest me it is not mandatory for submitting Response sheets.

One of my friend is an Articled Assitant. As per the Form 102 submitted by him, his articleship tenure was from 20-10-2007 to 20-04-2011. But owing to excess leaves taken, he did not request for form 108 from his principal. Instead, he continued with the same principal to compensate the excessive leaves taken by him. But after appearing for the exams in May 2011, he fell ill and was unable to attend office.



However, on 06/09/2011, he has compensated all the excess leaves taken and his required articleship tenure has been completed. He now wants to submit form 108. My query in this regard is that:



What is the procedure in such a circumstance. Will there be any penalties for delay and will my friend has to submit some other forms alongwith form 108.

I cleared ipcc-both groups in first attempt(may2011) in shortest possible duration but i am not getting articleship from any of the top 50 firms in Delhi.

WHAT CAN BE THE REASONS FOR NOT GETTING ARTICLESHIP IN TOP 50 0R 60????
