please help me in this matter, I have given both modules in June 2011 of cs-executive .
Due to some problem i haven't given exam of tax law. But i have passed second module with 60% marks. My question is that if i clear the ist module in december 2011 Then shall i be eligible for giving professional exam in june 2012? Please reply if anybody knows.

no, in the given situation, u will be eligible to appear in Dec 2012, not earlier in professional level.
