some of the banks/nbfcs add depreciation to net profit for calculating loan eligibility to business class. what is the logic behind ? in such case whether the firm need to show favourable balances?

I need a small clarification on obtaining Firm Regn no as per latest ICAI notification.

I have a COP in my individual name and practicing in my individual name. Should i apply for Firm Regn No? As i understood, the Firm Regn No is required only for Proprietorship & Partnership including LLP Firms but not for the individuals. Pls clarify?

I am planning to appear for executive exam(cs) in june 12. but i will not be able to complete sip program before appearing for exam.similar manner i am exempted from comp training but i will not be able to give comp exam compulsory for exempted student. please guide me can i complete both these formalities after exam.

I M N CS EXCUTIVE PROGRAMME AND I HAVE APPER EXAM IN JUNE-12. I CANNOT AFFORD COACHING CLASSES .CAN ANY ONE SUGGEST ME THE BEST WAY TO PASS CS EXCUTIVE WITHOUT COACHING AND SUGGEST REFERENCE BOKKS FOR ALL SUBJECTS.

Actually I've registered for CPT. I go nowhere for coaching. I'm not a mathematics student, I have knowledge in Statistics. I want to get rank in CPT. So, Mathematics has become a worry for me. What and all books must I refer to get good marks in Mathematics.
Please suggest books or any suggestion for me.
