I am a commerce graduate with 56.80 % marks, working for 15 years around with good MNC in finance dept. Pls advice on whether can I join C.A. course & complete the same till IPCC level without leaving my current job. As the IPCC exam includes below steps:
1) Registration for IPCC
2) ITT
3) Orientation
4) Article ship
As my aim is to complete till IPCC pass (1st & 2nd Group only) as of now without leaving my present job. Pls suggest the steps or procedure to follow for the same.

My self Madhu, i completed two years articles now i got termination letter from ICAI with my request so now i want write exam this nov 2016 but still i did not join new ca firm. is it permited from icai or not? ?????
and ofter the nov exam i will continue my article. is it allowed icai

I am a CA based in Melbourne, Australia, and my brother is a CA Student currently registered under IPCC. While he was on his preparatory leaves for his May'16 examinations, the partnership firm under which he was completing articleship dissolved due to dispute between partners.

As a result he was required to seek termination from one of the partners and join the other partner in whose firm he continued to work. After submitting the termination form 109, the institute rejected the form on the grounds of over-writing and required him to submit fresh form.

Now the CA with whom he is currently registered has refused to sign a fresh forms, on grounds of dispute with his other partner stating that since my brother continues to work under him, its not his problem anymore.

As a result, due to the dispute, my brother's articleship has come under jeopardy even though he is a fully dedicated student and attends office diligently. On contacting the NRO branch's article's termination helpline, the Institute has refused to intervene.

While our only option left is for the CA under whom we are seeking registration to intervene and resolve the matter, please suggest what we can do, if he is not supportive either.

Any expert advice on this will be highly appreciated.

I wish to get myself clarified with the below mentioned queries:

I am not willing to continue under the current principal for the extended period of articled training due to professional reasons and working in such a work environment is affecting my mental stability. My current principal is very adamant and is not willing to grant me permission to serve the extension under some other eligible member. After obtaining signature from the current principal for normal terms of completion of article training have I got an option to leave the current firm without the permission of the principal under whom I have been registered for normal terms of articleship and serve my extension under some other practicing CA.

Also I wish to inform that the current principal has taken a declaration in writing from my end before signing the CA Final examination form that I will be serving the extension under him only.Is this kind of written declaration valid?

Can any action be taken against me by the current principal if I leave the firm without obtaining his approval for serving extension under someone else.

started my articleship from january 2014.Partner under whom I was registered left his partnership from the firm in december 2014 and joined other firm.i have to take transfer from the partner to other partner in the firm from back date since December 2014. Is it possible ? and which form I Have to fill. and penalty amount if any.?? Please reply asap.
