Where will I find best coaching centre for ipcc in India

Sir,
I am a registerd student of C.A. final.
I want to ask that at the time of IPCC i had not applied for the registration of ATC and I cleared the IPCC-both groups and at present pursuing my articles.So if now I want the certificate of ATC (accounting technician course) then please guide me that now I have to pay only the fees for obtaining the said certificate as i have cleared IPCC OR I have to sit in exams once again for that.

I was compulsorily retired from a Nationalised Bank at the age of 54 years on the grounds of gross negligence in credit appraisals and deliveries
Now I want to do the C.A. course and then CISA and become a system auditor. I have already appeared in CPT June 12 and expecting to qualify it with colors. The main hurdle is that it is taking a long time and during that period I would not be earning anything. Although I have received all my dues and getting pension I need more monthly income for my son who is in the final years of his postgraduation. Now please answer my following queries:
1. When at the earliest can I appear in IPCC?
2. When at the earliest can I join the articleship?
3. During articleship can I get any remuneration from the CA company?
4. I have an experience of 14 long years in Bank's IT department. So should I also do CISA or DISA or ISA alongwith CA?
5. Which is more recognised CISA / DISA / ISA?
6. Will my compulsory retirement pose any problem in my career as a CA later?

I have taken admission in CS Executive course yesterday @ EIRC (ICSI). My target year is June 2013. I have a few questions on this matter. These are :-

1.Does the institute provide any kind of enrollment number or registration number ?

2.There is a book post in the study material with the heading "Instructions for submission of response sheets to test papers". What is this? (there are 19 points in this list and I haven't read them yet)

3. Is tuition in the institute compulsory or is it according to the students choice ?
