14 July 2012 Dear Sir, Please help me.my Articleship completed 1 Year and 4 month I want to take transfer bcz when I ask to my employer for Sataurday leave for class he not given my ca final attempt in May 2013.i am from Nepal can I take transfer to Nepal plz reply me .thnks in advance

16 July 2012 Well, any article can take transfer only in the first year of its training as per the guidelines. Hence u shud contact the ICAI, training deptt. ASAP for it n try to convince them by giving strong n unavoidable circumstances for transfer of ur training.
