Writing audit paper for ca final

Dear Sir/ MAdam,

Please let me know some tips on how to write the Audit paper. Because, i wrote the answers to the point but got only 30,whereas i was expecting 50+.

i am undergoing articleship training under a CA firm(est.1981) of my hometown Mirzapur(U.P).

Resignation by director

HELLO SIR,
PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUERRY URGENTLY IF POSSIBLE.

IN ONE PRIVATE COMPANY HAVING TWO DIRECTORS "A" AND "B", "A" WANTS TO RESIGN "B" IS NOT READY TO ACCEPT HIS RESIGNATION.

BESIDES FOLLOWING REGULAR PROCEDURE FOR RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AS PER PROVISIONS, WHAT IS THE ADDITIONAL SOLUTION AVAILABLE TO "A"?

Ipcc reg.

There are 2 options available:
* enrol for both groups of ipcc - 11000
* enrol for both groups of ipcc & atc - 12000

What should i do?
Pay Rs. 11000 or Rs. 12000

I also wanted to know if the articled training for Atc & Ipcc would be the same or i would need to go to both differently after clearing ipcc group I

Cpt & ipcc reg

My CPT Jun-2012 is cleared. How many days will take to get the marklist & Certificate of the same? is there any form to be submitted for getting CPT Marklist? what is the due date of IPCC registration?
