I am a student of ICAI and i have a query about my articleship. I have cleared my IPCC gr I in may 2012 exam with the score of exact 50%. so i wanna ask some question which are as follow::


1. Is it necessary to pass group II as well to start my training?? If not , in the midst of my training period can i give the exam of group II?

2. Where i can do my orientation from and what are the compliance to join the same??

3.To start the articleship what are the requirements which i have to complied with (any specific form etc..)???

What if ,
Net Profit as per books=1,00,000
It is arrived after deducting/adding following expenses and Incomes-
1.Donation -5,000
2.Loss on sale of Asset -25,000
3.Profit on sale of Investment -15,000
4.TDS not paid till the due date of Return filing-2,000
5.Depreciation as per Books-34,500
6.Dividend of Rs. 5,000

Note:
1.No remuneration is already paid to partners and interest is paid subject to 12% only.
2.Depreciation as per IT Act is Rs.43,500
3.Unabsorbed Depreciation -75,000
4.Brought Forward Business Loss -1,35,000

Please provide maximum allowable remuneration as per sec 40(b).

I want to know that can i apply for COP when i am in full time employment.....and if i have resigned from full time employment and serving the notice period, then can i apply for COP or i have to wait for the notice period to end and then apply???

I have enrolled for CPT last year but unfortunately i couldn't able to clear CPT. But now new amendment has been passed, Direct entry for CA those who have passed degree. I have completed B.com this year. Am i eligible to register for Ipcc on the grounds of Direct enty scheme or i must and should undergo for Cpt only or what? If i can be eligible to go for Direct entry scheme, what are all subjects needs to considered for calculation of percentage, whether only a core subjects or core subjects includes languages also but excluding optional subjects?
