Dear Sir,
I want to know that can i apply for COP when i am in full time employment.....and if i have resigned from full time employment and serving the notice period, then can i apply for COP or i have to wait for the notice period to end and then apply???

you should have asked this question from ICAI. This is not the right forum. What it someone says Yes who will be the sufferer?
ICAI is very strict on these kind of issues.
Write a mail to ICAI and get it confirmed else read CA Act.
