i m ipcc student n i hav got 52% in t.y.b.com exam but got more than 55% in 3 subjects(account,audit n management account).my question is can i convert to intermediate course from ipcc??i filled up my examination form for nov.2012.can i get my exam fee back if i convert??n can i join articlship after giving exam in nov. 2012??

I hav cleared cs executive 1st group,now i
m going to appear in 2nd group. but i hav
neither cleared the online computer test
nor submitted the response sheets to
institute. so will i eligible to appear in 2nd
group. i m trying to clear online test before
filling the exams form, but only three
saturday i hav to appear, becoz those tests
only held on saturday, will anyone plz
guide me wat sud i do to be eligibe for 2

I enrolled for cs foundation examination but i did not made payment. Now i want to make payment but they are jus showing that i am successfully enrolled but NOT SHOWING OPTION FOR FURTHER PROCEED TOWARDS PAYMENT. What to do. How to make payment now.

I have given fifth attempt of PCC in may 2012 and also i have completed 4 yrs from the date of registration to PCC on 4/8/2012.
So whether i will have to re-register again or is it ok.

Also earlier notification was issued by ICAI giving maximum limit in july or aug 2011 but currently that notification is under suspension.
So therefore tell me correctly whether i wil hv to register again for PCC or not.

Recently I received my CS - executive program mod 1 result, I could score only 141 ( this is my 3rd attempt) In first attempt I wrote both the models in that model - 2 I cleared in first attempt. But

mod-1 first attempt I scored 138
Mod - 1 Sec attempt I scored 140
Now mod 1 third item I scored 141

So I am loosing my confidence level. pl anybody advises me , I don't know how to score that 10 marks.... I am married I have a baby so family responsibility everything I have., but my husband support me a lot.. pl advise me, shall I write in this December or I am not a deserve to do this course?

I had booked a flat and paid 60 % of the flat value but was not able to pay the balance amount due to shortage of fund and said amount of 60% was paid together at one time and then the builder waited for 2 years but i could not pay the balance amount. Therefore the builder cancelled the booking and handed over me my amount along with interest. My question is whether under what head my tax will come for the above and what would be the percentage?

My sister has cleared PCC in may 2012 and registered herself 20 days before and she wants to appear for ca final exam in nov 2012 but she has not received any confirmation regarding date of admission in final.
What date she will fill in online exam form as the field is mandatory?
Kindly confirm what date she should fill and whether she is eligible to appear?

i have registered for articleship in ahmedabad but i want to take transfer at himmatnager from ahmedabad due to medical grounds ahmedabad's etmosphere not suitable for me so that my health is not good for some times health was good but again after that not good but as per ICAI norms regarding transfer due to medical grounds is that constantly discontinuance for minimum 3 months.but these three month minimum discontinuance is not happened in my case so what to do???? and how i can take my transfer????? my sir at ahmedabad and C.A. at himmatnager ready for these transfer

I am a final year student pursuing my CA articleship, now i have registered for CS executive, so i wanted to know when i should fill the form 112 to ICAI..

And if i dont get the registration letter within 30 days of course admission, whether we have to pay Penalty of sending form 112 late?

I passed my IPCC 1st group in May-2011 and 2nd group in may-2012.
My CA Final attempt will May-2014.
So, When i get to registration of CA Final?
plz tell me specific time limit for registration?


Due to late registration, my attempt will be late??
