Articleship transfer after 1 year

dear sir,
i have registered for articleship in ahmedabad but i want to take transfer at himmatnager from ahmedabad due to medical grounds ahmedabad's etmosphere not suitable for me so that my health is not good for some times health was good but again after that not good but as per ICAI norms regarding transfer due to medical grounds is that constantly discontinuance for minimum 3 months.but these three month minimum discontinuance is not happened in my case so what to do???? and how i can take my transfer????? my sir at ahmedabad and C.A. at himmatnager ready for these transfer
