Re-registration of pcc

I have given fifth attempt of PCC in may 2012 and also i have completed 4 yrs from the date of registration to PCC on 4/8/2012.
So whether i will have to re-register again or is it ok.
Also earlier notification was issued by ICAI giving maximum limit in july or aug 2011 but currently that notification is under suspension.
So therefore tell me correctly whether i wil hv to register again for PCC or not.
