When should i submit form 112 to icai?

03 September 2012 I am a final year student pursuing my CA articleship, now i have registered for CS executive, so i wanted to know when i should fill the form 112 to ICAI..

And if i dont get the registration letter within 30 days of course admission, whether we have to pay Penalty of sending form 112 late?

08 September 2012 For CS you need not fill form 112.
It is required only in case of reular cources.
So, no question of any penlty.
