I have originally registered with ICAI as Vishal Pravinbhai Popat with registration no. WRO0342857. But, now there is a change in my last name. Now, it is Vishal Pravinbhai Thacker instead of Vishal Pravinbhai Popat. I have legal documents i.e.election card and affidavit for such change.

So, Please tell me that how can i apply for this change with ICAI records of me.

If a student is registered with BOS as IPCC & ATC, and if he has passed group 1 & has completed 1 year articleship( not 3 years), is it possible to take ATC certificate? and if yes, necessary procedures for the same.

My query is I am not understanding about examination eligibility according the ICAI that is "On completion of nine months of practical training (which include study course for a period of eight months concurrently commences for the date of registration to the Course.)
Please sort out my query as early as possible

I have revised a return for 26Q 3rd Quarter,FY 2010-11.
have done the Required C5 corrections,PAN corrections of some Parties.

After uploading Got a Respective RRR nos.
Which I checked in TIN website weather is accepted or not and i Found that is accepted by TIN.
But the problem is I got a Default ,showing that some parties PAN are not uploaded Correctly.But When I checked the FVU text file ,there it is mentioned correctly what I have Changed in PAN.also the respective RRR no is also accepted in TIN. What to do in this Case please suggest.
