24 September 2012 Hello!
I have originally registered with ICAI as Vishal Pravinbhai Popat with registration no. WRO0342857. But, now there is a change in my last name. Now, it is Vishal Pravinbhai Thacker instead of Vishal Pravinbhai Popat. I have legal documents i.e.election card and affidavit for such change.

So, Please tell me that how can i apply for this change with ICAI records of me.

24 September 2012 ICAI will register our name according to the SSC and 10+2 certificates. So such certificates is on the name what you want to change then write a request letter to ICAI or post request for change at e-sahayaataa available at www.icai.org by attaching the scanned copies of SSC and 10+2 certificates.
