I have revised a return for 26Q 3rd Quarter,FY 2010-11.
have done the Required C5 corrections,PAN corrections of some Parties.

After uploading Got a Respective RRR nos.
Which I checked in TIN website weather is accepted or not and i Found that is accepted by TIN.
But the problem is I got a Default ,showing that some parties PAN are not uploaded Correctly.But When I checked the FVU text file ,there it is mentioned correctly what I have Changed in PAN.also the respective RRR no is also accepted in TIN. What to do in this Case please suggest.

I had started my articleship on dec 1, 2012. two & half years will be completed on may 31st,2014.i want to know that is it possible for me to appear in may 2014 final course exams or not?

Because we have to prepare balance sheet and p&l ac as per revised schedule 6, it takes more time to complete the questions and attending full paper is like a dream for me. so i wanted advice regarding the foll:

1. should we put lines for p&L AC and other ledger acc?????

2. should we write the word " particulars" in the format??

3. should we write the words "to" and "by"???

hello sir,i am a CA final student and my attempt is May 13. i am interested in audit more than finance/taxation.At the same time the kind of knowledge MBA offers and the dynamic course pattern excites me.i am in two minds whether to proceed with MBA or CPA after CA.
as there is no proper guidance available for CPA is it possible to pursue CPA along with a full tym MBA course. What is the duration for CPA course? Is CPA really value additive as i get mostly negative replies from my peers when i show interest in that course.
Which US state shd be opted for? if not CPA then which would be the best course in audit stream after CA. I certainly dont mind investing two more years in studying after my CA.

whether fabrication is classifed under work contract
we are supplying steel to the contractor at free of cost and the contractor fabricates by using electrodes and gases which has been supplied by him. In this case whether it can be treated as work contracts or labour contract .
