I am studying law
college time is 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm
now if i start articleship can i do it 9.00am to 1.00pm and 6.00pm to 7.00pm
or is it neccesary to do articleship from 11.00am to 5.00pm
Pls its urgent !!!!!!!!!11

Yes, it is most and should to do articleship between 9 am to 7pm and should be start at or before 11am and should be close at or after 5pm as per the ICAI regulations.
However first agree with your employer if he agreed for your timings then you start your articleship but the your articleship will consider as half day only per day till you attend office afternoon also. Then only you couldn't get any problem from ICAI side other wise your articleship training will be canceled by the ICAI if it find regarding your classes. However ICAI find it because i think it is regular course so it is public.

My employer is agree for that
it means if i go to articleship on above said timings for six months it will be counted as 3 months
and after six months if i start regularly from 11.00 to 5.00 pm it will be counted normally
am i right and is it legal ?

It depends on your mutual understanding with the principal.

Yes, Mr Dhaval. But in form 112 you have to sign with your college principle to certify timings.
