25 September 2012 please have a feel on the site of cpa. There are 4 papers. you need to go to USA for the examination. State wise rules are slightly different... you need to select which state is suitable to you. There are many institutes imparting training of CPA, in India

25 September 2012 Yeah I went through the site..I read somewhere exam ll have only objective questions.is it correct ? How can one qualify as an CPA only by passing through some objective questions ?
