I cleared IPCC in May2012 and now doing articleship.I am confused when to join classes for CA Final.Please just which batch should enroll into so that even my articleship period is not much affected.

CARO applicable when All the three Condition fulfil of paid up Capital exced 25 Lcs and outstanding Loan exceed 25 Lacs and Turnover exceed 5 Crore or when Any one of them fulfil? Because Someone says that for CARO all the three Conditions required to be fulfiled and someone says if any one of the them condition fulfile then CARO applicable plz suggest me

Whether Calculating CARO 2003, Ist Condition is that Paid up Capital+ Reserves should Exceed Rs. 50 Lacs. Then My Qus is that Profit & loss also include in Reserves?
If Paid up Capital and Reserves Excluding P&L75 Lacs but Dr. balance of P&l is Rs.40 Lacs then CARO 2003 applicable?

I got to know that in INDIA it has become cumpulsory to be a graduate before entering CA course..

Is this true..??

And if it is true than please do let me which country allows direct CA after 12th..??

please clear has one can enroll for article ship after 1st group passed under the direct scheme or he has to take a article ship of 9 month before attending 1st group of ipcc exam.
