Whether Calculating CARO 2003, Ist Condition is that Paid up Capital+ Reserves should Exceed Rs. 50 Lacs. Then My Qus is that Profit & loss also include in Reserves?
If Paid up Capital and Reserves Excluding P&L75 Lacs but Dr. balance of P&l is Rs.40 Lacs then CARO 2003 applicable?

yes dr balance of P & L is to be reduced to check the applicability of CARO.
