I got to know that in INDIA it has become cumpulsory to be a graduate before entering CA course..
Is this true..??
And if it is true than please do let me which country allows direct CA after 12th..??

You have the wrong information. It is NOT mandatory to be a graduate to enter into CA.
You can start after 12th by appearing for CPT.
Graduates are eligible for direct entry into IPCC. They are not required to appear for CPT.
So, you can enrol for CA even before appearing for 12th exams and appear in CPT thereafter.
