19 October 2012 CARO applicable when All the three Condition fulfil of paid up Capital exced 25 Lcs and outstanding Loan exceed 25 Lacs and Turnover exceed 5 Crore or when Any one of them fulfil? Because Someone says that for CARO all the three Conditions required to be fulfiled and someone says if any one of the them condition fulfile then CARO applicable plz suggest me
