PCC ka December 2012 attempt last attampt hai, uske bad kewal IPCC me hi convert hona padega. agar kisi student ka PCC ka 1 group already clear hai to use IPCC ke dono group ki exam dena hogi ya fir use PCC me jo 1 group Clear kiya hai uski chut milegi............... Pls Help.................

I joined for articleship in SEP 1st week 2012.I am also joined for open degree in Dr.B.R Ambedkar University in Aug 2012.
now i want to submit my 112 form. pls tell me consequences for delaying.it is mandatory to submit form 112 for distance Degree.

does it make any difference in doing articlship from mumbai and jaipur. i want to go to mid size firm at both the places . please suggest me considering the time factor also sir/madam please reply me sooner

if in a pvt lmtd company main executive director dies and the company has only 2 directors then what is the procedure to appiont the new one.

only main executive director had the DIN no and the DSC. So, do we need to appoint the other director from the back date (executive director was present).

if we could not appoint the new director then what procedure should we opt for??

If I am an Employer, And i satisfy the employer definition as per Gratuity Act. From when I have to make the provision for Gratuity in my books, against Gratuity payable for my employees.After one year I have to tell my employee to make a nominee for his amount. If none of my employee for works for 5 years, what should I do with that amount,Can I withdraw that amount and utilise that any other purpose. Can I forfetied that amount.
