if in a pvt lmtd company main executive director dies and the company has only 2 directors then what is the procedure to appiont the new one.
only main executive director had the DIN no and the DSC. So, do we need to appoint the other director from the back date (executive director was present).
if we could not appoint the new director then what procedure should we opt for??

In my opinion From the date of death till 6 months you can appoint the new director.
if director is not appointed within 6 months from the date of death of director the liability of all the members becomes unlimited.
Obtaining DIN is compulsary and hence if your company has only one director with DIN no. then your other director/s should apply for DIN number as soon as possible
