23 November 2012 Not clear in the query. TRANSFER can be good option if you are not comfortable with the existing principal.

26 November 2012 I have completed my training for three months but iam not satisfy with my principal and till date i have not received my training card Then tell me the procedure how to transfer training from existing principal to new principal without permission of principal due to principal is not intrested to trnsfer my articleship
