I want transfer to other firm. i am in first year of articleship. which form to send to icai? whether approval is necessary before submitting form 109 during first year? which form to submit for re-registration.

I have given recent exam IPCE NOV 2012 for Group 2 , In Which I have ticked Main Quastions as well as Sub Quastions Column (a,b,c,d,etc,) , instead of tickmarming only main quastion Colmn for Quastions solved , for Two papers Advanced accountancy and auditing and assurance .in which in auditing and assurance, my supervisor identifid my mistake and noteed it down, but in advanced accountancy paper .supervisor could not identified the same please help

I am pursuing 3rd year of my articleship in Mumbai. I have been staying at my Uncle's home since I have started my articleship. Now my uncle alongwith his family is shifting to his native place (kolkata) permanently. Now I want to transfer my articleship to Kolkata as I cannot continue remaining period of my articleship in Mumbai as I dont have any residence facility over here.
Now on the aforesaid ground, can my remaining articleship period be served in Kolkata?

I need to revise the service tax return for FY 2011-12. But the display option in portal is displaying " No records existing". How should I revise the said returns?

I had given my final exam in nov 2012 and waiting for results and in between i want to know the short term course wich is value added to my CA degree.like i have heard about the ncfm course.

If one club set up for social cause under well known or world known Group like Rotary or Giants or Lions club etc wants to get PAN Card, then what are the documents that can be submitted?
We went to NSDL, they say bring any document either Registration Certificate or notice issued in the club's name by state or central govt as documentary evidence. The club do not have any such document.
If one writes on Rs 100 stamp paper the bye laws and get it notarized, will it be treated as state govt approved document?
