If one club set up for social cause under well known or world known Group like Rotary or Giants or Lions club etc wants to get PAN Card, then what are the documents that can be submitted?
We went to NSDL, they say bring any document either Registration Certificate or notice issued in the club's name by state or central govt as documentary evidence. The club do not have any such document.
If one writes on Rs 100 stamp paper the bye laws and get it notarized, will it be treated as state govt approved document?
Please help????

no it will not do. If club is set up then there must be some document evidencing the establishment like MOU or alike agreement. that will be sufficient.
