I WANT TO COMPLETE MY CS FIRST. NOW I AM CONFUSED HOW TO COMPLETE CS 15 MONTHS TRAINING IN MIDDLE OF CA ARTICLESHIP .PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO TO CS 15 MONTHS TRAINING,.

is any kind of exemption given to ca students in cs 15 months training.

I have not completed 1 year of articleship and I am planning to take transfer.
I want the detailed procedure that i should follow to take transfer?
Do I have to take institutes permission before filling up form no 109
Or
Can I directly file form no 109 with the institute, prior consent in the 1st year is not required?

I have registered myself for both the groups in May,2013 ...but i guess i will appear only for group 1 ....should this be a problem ?

And secondly i am definite about clearing group 1 - does it make sense to only give the IT/SM paper after 5 days of studies ? Will this help me to exempt the paper in Nov,2013 (Group 2 )

Do our articleship period gets extended by another 6 months if we terminate on the grounds of medical reasons.

hi i am punam. I have done my bcom my aggregate is 53% i want to do CPT, can i fill the CPT form now that is online and can i give the exam in november . pls tell me how to calculate the percentage

sir i have completed 8 months of articleship and i want to take break from articleship for 15 months .and complete remaining articleship later.

A factory working time is 8am to 4.30 pm I.e. 8.30 hrs and 0.30 hr gives for lunch time ( necessary as per sec 55 of the factories act 1948) . My query 0.30 hr is include in working hrs or not for overtime cacilation ?
