I have qualified CS in DEC 2012 attempt and Iam also pursuing CA final...

Iam working in a CS firm for the past 2.5 years.

Should i undergo 15 months training Program Stipulated by CS institute? Is there any possibility of Exemption ?

I have not yet submitted any form to Institute...

Because of this criteria iam facing difficulties in the placement...

I am P.Y. ANUSHA, my SRO 0231396. I have completed my both groups of IPCC and i Registered for CA-Final in JAN-13. But, i have not received Registration letter till now. I received the Final books.

so, how can i get my Registration letter

what type of documents required for cs professional registration

A Mfg unit engaged in manufacturing of Plastic Boxes, takes cenvat credit on the raw material purchased. Now it wants to start manufacturing of Paper Envelopes, however, it does not wants to take Cenvat & pay Duty at the lower rate of 2%. Is it possible ? Please check & inform the relevant Notification / Circular.

Is asking refund of stiphend given to the article students when the students are asking for termination is valid as per ICAI rules? If any firm asking stipend refund and not giving termination ,harrassing how can the studens defence themselves?

Im working in BPO my shift timings is 3.30 to 12.30, im doing ICWAI inter going to write both group in dec13. im not at all having time to sleep properly feeling too much tired, spending only 2hours in home. In that i want to study in tired. Please advise me i want clear both group in dec13 itself.
