09 May 2013 Is asking refund of stiphend given to the article students when the students are asking for termination is valid as per ICAI rules? If any firm asking stipend refund and not giving termination ,harrassing how can the studens defence themselves?

Please reply its very urgent...can the students complaint about this to ICAI what is the procedure ?

09 May 2013 Agree with expert. There is no express provision for refund of stipend. Further there is no point following the path of harassment as the same may be fetal for the image of firm.

09 May 2013 A student can take transfer of article ship, if irregular payment or non payment of stipend with reference to Regulation 67 has been made by Principal.But in case refunds of stipend, the Training Manual is silent.
