Hello , i am a cs executive student. i had enrolled for cs executive in dec 2012. i am going to appear for my exams in dec 2013 for the 1 st time. there is a change in syllabus from old to new . i query is whether dec 2013 attempt i should study new syllabus or the old one ?

of course from feb 2012 the new syllabus is implemented but for dec 2013 exams will we hav old syllabus exams as well ?

i have been registered as article student 5 months ago.now i wanted to leave the firm due to unavoidable causes at home.i want to take termination.but my auditor is reluctant to give termination even after knowing my problems at home.do i have any other option to come out?can anybody tell me what to do
