Articleship termination

04 June 2013 i have been registered as article student 5 months ago.now i wanted to leave the firm due to unavoidable causes at home.i want to take termination.but my auditor is reluctant to give termination even after knowing my problems at home.do i have any other option to come out?can anybody tell me what to do

Transfer /termination of articles is permitted without any restriction during the first year of articles. File Form-109 with Institute.

Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.

In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

14 June 2013 1)Please convince your boss you don't have other option left with you as icai will not interfere in this issue.

2)If possible take your parents into picture and convince him to provide transfer..

3)ask him reason for not providing transfer..and promise him that you will work with him till this september..if it is not exceeds 1year by that time..

Please note no request for transfer of article student is accepted unless student completed atleast 6 months of articleship
