i have cleared my ipcc first grp in nov-12 and also appeared for second group in may-13 and i have already joined the articleship from april so i want it knw dat can i register for finals before the declaration of results of may-13?

is there is any announcement that one's article ship will not be started until graduation course is completed.....and also kindly prove the procedure for he requirements to be fulfilled if both graduation and ca are to be pursued at same time.....kindly solve the query

I would like to know that whether we should file form 112 if we pursue cs or mcom or cima through correspondence as in an article posted here dated February 2013 it is said that for pursuing courses through correspondence no require to file Form 112.

Please let me know so I can decide whether I take any of the course or not

1.While filling up Form-112 to seek permission for CS course...there is a part asking whether it is a "Correspondence Course" or "Involves Private Studies". Which one should I select?

2. Do I need to send the CS Registration Letter along with Form 112?

hello sir,currently I am doing my articleship of 1st year and my principal is not allowing transfer at any cost so, to get transfer I am going to decide to shif to ( not my parents but Iam alone ) my village so,in this case if I get transfer then then Is there is any condition or rule that I have to do rest of the articleship period in my village or I can do from any part of the India.

I am giving IPCC GROUP II.

Please advise me in following scenario- XYZ is a public listed company. Local government has taken 10% of its land due to the local government's road extension project without giving any compensation.

The company follows cost model for its fixed assets. And now the question is simply passing an entry of derecognising the proportionate amount of land assuming a disposal of assets while charging profit is must or there are any other way out is here?

Please note standards for impairment is not applicable here due to carrying amount is much lower than the fair market value.
