Please tell me which book should i follow for direct tax so that i can read atleast twice before my nov exams, i think VG sir's book is too much bulky...

I am having 8 years of experience in Accounting field. I am also knowledge of SAP FI CO Module. I am having education of M.Com with first class. I have also done MBA in Finance stream.
I want to study further to boost my career.
I am evaluating courses
a. ICWA
b. LLB (Corporate Taxation)
c. IFRS
d. Credit control

i have already passed my cs executive exam , i eligible for ipcc but i have questioned ,
when i will start article training? . after passing of ipcc 1 group or after completion of IT and orientation program. i can direct give ipcc 1st group or not. please give reply immediately.

I am having loss from future & options transactions during FY 2012-13 AY 2013-14. Will audit of books be compulsory to carry forward loss , even though my turnover is less than 10 lakhs

one of our client is chartered accountant service provider.. he filed service tax returns till financial year 2006-07. after since fees received by him were less then prescribed exemption limit. he had not filed the service tax returns.

nw my que. is.. how he can cancel service tax registration which make it good for him.?

Do i need to comply with form no.112 if i am doing a distance b.com from IGNOU or Bhartiar University.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
we are having two firms and there are transactions between them. However, the year end balance of each other are not matching as one firm issued the cheque to other firm in the month of april but the cheque was dated march end. As a result of this the payment is appearing in one firm but receipt is missing in another firm. How to deal with this.
