Why Credit of CST is not allowed as input Credit on goods or capital goods purchased from outside state?

Can you please provide the link where it is clarified that Extension can be served under other principal?

actually i appeared for ca-cpt in dec 2011.and i cleared it in my first attempt by securing 159 marks.but till nov i dnt received any certificate or marklist from institute.this is 1 issue.
i didn't applied for ipcc exams
in nov2012 nd i attend for may2013.but this time iam nt confident to complete any 1 group.so i decided to pursue b.com in regular
along with ca.is it possiable

kindly suggest me in a
right way to obtain my certificate nd pursuence of b.com

i joined the articleship 7 month ago but i want to transfer articleship to pune city. please specify the firm and ca which have vacancies for articleship

Sir, i had cleared my ipcc last year and currently doing articleship. Please suggest some short term certificate courses which may be useful.

I am doing b com from SCD Govt College, Ludhiana. As i am doing ca with it,
and my article-ship timings clash with it,
So, is there any way to carry out both of these courses simultaneously.
