I am a student of CA IPCC, i had cleared CPT in Dec. 2010, but in B.COm. my percentage is 48 percent, can i register under Direct Entry System.

You are not eligible to register under direct entry scheme because of to get registration under direct entry scheme required minimum of 55% and 60% in their UG or PG for commerce back ground students and non-commerce back ground students respectively. So you shall be register through CPT basis only.
