From which Attempt new company law will be applicable for ca final exams? k

I have registered with our institute under PCC on October,2007 and Convert itself to IPCC on January,2013. I got exemption in Group I - Accountancy in PCC on Nov,2011. Now,Our Institute Announced Extension of one more attempt for pcc to ipcc conversion students. Is it applicable for me? Anybody Can help me? Please Guide me to this query and give any contact no. in our institute for clarifications.

Can anyone please tell me that in form 3CB-3CD Point no.18 that reads:

"Particulars of any payments made to persons specified under section 40A(2)(b)"

In this point, should we give details of all payments made to each person specified under this section or we should just give details of payments that are dissallowed as per this section .i.e. these are not allowable as expenses?

Hi, I have cleared my 2nd group and secured exemption in FR in CA final in May 2013 attempt. Now I have few queries related to filling of online Nov 2013 exam form. First is, as I secured exemption in financial reporting do I have to pay the fee for first group or three papers for which I could not see the option to select. Second is, I haven't received any exemption eligibility certificate details. Though ICAI does allow me to save the form without filling the eligibility certificate number. Please someone help me in this regards.

I have taken the printout of the IPC NOV 2013 EXAM form. I am confused about the postal address the printout should be sent to. Whether I should send it to mumbai decentralised office or New delhi head office? payment of fees is done.
