From which Attempt new company law will be applicable for ca final exams? k

It will not be applicable for Nov 2013 exams.
Its difficult to tell about exact applicability. Still presidents assent required after that it will be notified in official gazzete.
So wait for the official word from ICAI.

FLASH!!!!
1)clarified that the proposed Companies Act, 2013 will not be applicable for the Intermediate (IPC) and Final Examinations to be held in May 2014.
2)Regarding the applicability for November 2014 Examination, the decision will be taken based on the exact date of enactment of the above Companies Bill into the Act.
