i am ca student i will join cs so,please give me information for prior permission from icai

I Have scored 65% marks in Financial, Forex and Treasury Management paper of CS Professional (module-II), whereas in the other paper of the module i.e. Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency my score was only 36%. So is it necessary for me to score atleast 50% in Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency in my next attempt or 40% would do as the exemption will be applicable in Financial, Forex and Treasury Management.
Please let me know the criteria.

sir/frnds am confused a lot whether to appear both group or only 1group in my first attempt. i rgstrd in july under direct entry scheme, n having coaching for costing and f.m, n doing itt write now, plz suggest me if i go through the both group, how could i have to maintain my study with article ship of 9month what could be the procedure for me for appear to clear both group in my 1st attempt, what would be the time i need to maintain everyday , or should i go for only 1 group 1st? plz... ans me..............

filing form 108 dt.26.08.2013..
what is the procedure to be followed...
it should accompany wid a DD of Rs.1000 thats all or i should also enclose a condonation appliication??

I have registered for articleship on feb-2013. I checked my status online & found registered. I want to take transfer but I do not received my articlship registration letter. nor ID card.

1.Can I take transfer and how?

2. Is articleship registration letter required compulsary to take transfer?

3. After the completion of my articleship, will it affect on my 3 year articleship period as I will not have old articleship registration letter i.e. feb2013 to aug-2013. will it considered valid without any documents?

plz reply as early as possible.

Today my result of cs professional level declared..I would like to know wheather i considered fail in first group or there will be aggegate of marks like in ca.I cleared both subjects of 1st group but got 97makrs in total and 2nd group i clear with 104marks..
My marks are

Module - II - Result:PASS

I got 65 in forex treasury management and 52 in corporate restructuring totalling to 117 marks... In due diligence I got 43 and corporate governance I got 45 totalling to 88 marks... I only wrote this 2 modules... I got total of 205... Am I not passed in two modules??

myself started Articleship on 14.09.2011.
Now i want resign my Articleship due to some unavoidable issues?
If i terminate now, can i appear May 2014 exams if not when i can resign for appearing may 2014

I scored 397 marks in IPCC both group examination in I attempt. But still couldnot get a good firm.
Please guide me should I wait for sometime or should I join a middle firm which is going to provide me stipend of rs3000 in I year.
The joining will be on 26th aug.

Should I mention the name of firm.
