ON NOV 2016,BUT DUE TO SOME PERSONAL ISSUES I DROPPED IT IN MAY 2017,WITHOUT SIGNING THE FORM 109,108 TERMINATION LETTER FROM MY PRINCIPAL
.NOW I WANT TO CONTINUE MY ARTICLESHIP AND COMPLETE MY COURSE.

SO, NOW, WHAT WILL BE THE DETAILED PROCEDURE FOR RESTARTING THE ARTICLESHIP IN ANOTHER FIRM, WHETHER ANY LATE-FEES OR CHARGES LEVEID FOR THIS BLANK PERIOD?.

In SSP Portal, I have submitted of form 102 the application on the 21st Aug 2019 showing the Date of articleship starts at the 06, Aug 2019 but yet not accepted by my principal.
is it okay or I have to make a new application and change my articleship date?
what is the procedure of form 102 with stamp paper?
notary is required on that?

Form 104 is not available on SSP Portal. My Form 109 got approved. I got a mail from ICAI stating that. The mail has further asked me to fill Form 104. But, i can't find the form on SSP Portal. Help me please.

My name was wrongly entered by ICAI at the time of registration. I asked them many times to change my name in ICAI records but it was not done yet . At present, I tried to change my name in ICAI records through SSP portal but it's asking me to upload a document like affidavit or gazzette notification but its not done by me. What shall i do now to change my name.Please suggest me regarding this....

Sir, I have completed my second year of articleship and i wanted to take termination and i have applied for it in self service portal. But the regional office has sent it back for correction to upload relevant document as it is after one year. I have applied the reason as any other reason as mutual consent and uploaded my sirs NOC and my letter but again the response from regional office was same. So im unable to understand what document to upload for it. So i decided not to terminate and again registered under same principal. Now i want to know what will happen because in my self service portal login both are being visible termination and again re registration is in process. Now tell me the solution sir.
